• The Onsite App sometimes has trouble finding a printer on the network, so we’ve added a new “Add Printer by IP Address” feature. Add a printer by IP during initial setup, or add it from the Settings > Printer page. • Apple devices have an Auto-Lock feature that secures the device after a period of inactivity. This would sometimes cause printers to disconnect from the device, so we’ve added a new “Prevent Auto-Lock” setting that’s active by default to prevent this issue. |
